We are looking to fill a full-time position in our store and bakery!
We are a small bakery and farm store in Franklin, CT and we are looking to add to our team! We make all of our own breads, bagels, and baked goods (muffins, scones, bars, cakes, pies, etc), as well as breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, salads, and soups. We also carry a variety of other local products (honey, maple syrup, milk, yogurt, eggs, snacks, etc) in our store. We have an attached winery, and make all our wines on site too.
We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable, self-motivated, organized, and has good attention to detail

Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, works well with a team, and provides exemplary customer service

Baking/cooking experience preferred​

Responsibilities would include (but may not be limited to):
-
Baking and food prep (salads, sandwiches, soups, etc.)

Customer service- waiting on customers, taking orders
-
Stocking and ordering supplies/ingredients/store products
-
Cleaning- keeping the kitchen and food storage areas clean and organized in accordance to health department regulations, as well as the retail area clean and tidy

Could potentially include winery hours

Any other duties as assigned​

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in varied temperature environment due to working with ovens and freezers
-
Ability to be in a stationary position and/or move about for various intervals
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Regular and predictable attendance​
Pay: based on experience
Hours do include 1 weekend day​​
