Here are a few questions people often ask. If you don't see what you are looking for, please send us a message! We'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

  • Is your tasting room kid-friendly?
    Our farm store is very family oriented and kids are always allowed (with supervision) in the store and outside in the patio area, however, you must be 21 or over to be in the tasting rooms.
  • We are coming with a small group but my friend doesn't drink wine, can we bring beer?
    Nope, there are no outside alcoholic beverages allowed on the property. ​
  • Can you accommodate large groups?
    For groups larger than 8, we ask that you'd let us know in advance so that we can be properly staffed to ensure you are well-served.
  • You have sold out of a wine we love—will it ever come back?
    Most likely, yes. There are some wines we make every year, some that we swap in and out every couple of years, and some that are a one-year special. For a specific wine question please contact us.
  • When is the winery open?
    The winery is open Thursdays and Fridays, 12 - 8pm. Saturdays, 12 - 6pm. And Sundays 11am - 4pm for glasses, bottles, samples, and slushies. Bottles of wine can be purchased during the week (Tuesday - Sundays) as well.
  • Can I custom order something from the bakery?
    In most cases, yes! If you are looking for something specific or would like to order in advance, please ask in the store, call or text us at 860-334-2695, or email arrowheadacresllc@gmail.com!
  • What about pets? Can I bring my dog?
    Yes, but all pets must stay outside, be on a leash, be friendly towards people and other animals, and you must pick up after them.
